About the Artist
Biography
Charity Irizarry is a South Florida-based artist who expresses her artistry through energy art and Soul Portraits. Originally from Bozeman, Montana, she made Florida home after completing her graduate education with a Master's in Clinical Medical Science in Miami, Florida and later completing her doctoral degree in the same field. She's a board certified Physican Associate with a background in both clinical and academic medicine.
Charity has integrated her love for art into her self-care practice, using art and painting as a modality for connection, healing and self-exploration. Inspired by her successful journey through advanced breast cancer in 2009, Charity created Soul Art by Charity, offering Soul Portraits on canvas and Soul Boards showcasing vibrant, custom art on reclaimed surfboards.
Her Soul Portraits and Soul Boards are held in private collections across the US and Puerto Rico, and beyond. Her artwork is a testament to the transformative power of art and its ability to inspire, heal, and connect us to our inner selves and each other.

Creative and meaningful Surf and Ocean-inspired surfboard art utilizing reclaimed Florida surfboards, transforming each into unique Surf Art pieces for artistic display.

Soul Portraits are stunning, one-of-a-kind canvas portraits expressing soul essence(s) with acrylic paint, glitter, beads, and crystals that raise the vibration and transform subtle and unique energies into a Soul Portrait.

Soul Art grounds me in a state of centered awareness, awakening a creative vibration through which my artistic expression flows with ease and purpose. Cultivating this practice is a source for joy and presence, allowing me to engage deeply with the subtle flow of energy that informs my work and trandforms my art.
